Current version ALLPLAN 2025 is the focus of the trade fair presentation

Munich - ALLPLAN, global provider of BIM solutions for the AEC industry, is presenting its product portfolio specifically for the precast industry at bauma in Munich from April 7-13, 2025. A particular highlight will be the latest version of the ALLPLAN solution. This innovative software enables full design to build workflows for AEC professionals including precast manufacturers and design offices to enable planning of precast concrete elements faster and more accurately than ever before.

"bauma is the perfect opportunity to present our software portfolio for advanced design to build workflows. We see great potential for the future in making construction projects more efficient and sustainable, especially in the area of prefabrication," explains Eduardo Lazzarotto, Chief Product and Strategy Officer at ALLPLAN. "With our highly automated BIM solutions, we enable designers of precast elements to implement their projects faster and more accurately."

ALLPLAN enables precise precast design and detailing

Our precast experts will demonstrate, at bauma 2025, how ALLPLAN enables fast and precise design of precast concrete elements through highly automated workflows. The software enables users to handle a higher workload and still have access to a wide range of practical functions. For example, the software automatically generates all shop drawings, including reinforcement, fixtures, and dimensions. In addition, architectural models and MEP objects can be quickly imported and used for precast design. In addition, ALLPLAN offers the option of creating elements either highly efficiently through parametric input or through free modeling. As the drawings and the 3D model are always consistent, you can switch between 2D and 3D workflows as needed.

Seamless flow of information from design to production

ALLPLAN also offers an optimal connection to all systems involved in precast production: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and Mesh Welding Systems (MWS). In this way, precast plants can rely on seamless processes in their daily work.

Faster and more accurate planning with ALLPLAN 2025

With the new version 2025, ALLPLAN once again sets new standards in the design and production of precast concrete elements. Just some of the highlights include:

The enhanced Precast Data Validator plays a significant role in minimizing errors in precast design. The Data Validator enables the production of high-quality, error-free precast parts. This means that users can rely on correct data for production. This minimizes both the risk of production errors in the precast plant and accidents on the construction site.

Freeform Formwork: Harnessing the benefits of industrial prefabrication

Conventional formwork systems struggle to accommodate complex geometries due to their limited adaptability. Freeform formwork is therefore used in these cases. ALLPLAN 2025 provides a unique tool for designing fully customized formwork for both simple and complex free-form geometries. The data can also be used for digital production to maximize the benefits of prefabrication.

Easily compare precast elements: ALLPLAN Precast 2025 now offers a new, fast, and clear function for comparing identical or similar precast elements. The software indicates whether precast elements are identical or not and how the elements differ from each other.

New: ALLPLAN offers solutions for structural analysis

By merging with the Belgian software company SCIA and the Stuttgart-based FRILO Software GmbH, ALLPLAN has expanded its portfolio of engineering solutions to include structural analysis. This means that engineers can rely on software solutions from a single source for modeling and structural engineering. The new version of SCIA Engineer 25 allows structural engineers to perform advanced vibration analysis, precise 3D wind load generation, and early assessment of construction phases. The FRILO 2025 software update brings a new reinforcement workflow between FRILO and ALLPLAN to the market for more efficient reinforcement of reinforced concrete columns.
