Dr. Rebecca Koch was appointed Chief People Officer (CPO) of the Nemetschek Group in September 2024. In this role, she is responsible for the Group's global HR strategy and organization and its further development. She focuses on corporate culture, leadership, collaboration and sustainable corporate growth.
Rebecca brings more than 15 years of experience in international management positions in human resources, business and consulting. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer Europe at DB Schenker. Prior to that, she held several senior HR positions at the US medical technology company Becton Dickinson, where she was responsible for Talent & Culture for the Greater Asia region, based in Singapore. She started her career at Bain & Company. In addition, Rebecca completed the International Directors Program at INSEAD.
Rebecca has been a member of “Generation CEO e.V.” since 2018. She is also on the advisory board of Startups Teens, Germany's largest digital education platform for entrepreneurship and coding, and is committed to responsible entrepreneurship and future skills development.
