Ann Miller-Rauch joined the Nemetschek Group as Chief People Officer in April 2021. She is focusing on delivering the best people experience to support the continued success of the Nemetschek Group business.
Her previous roles included the VP of People Communications and Strategy Enablement at SAP, where she focused on ensuring that SAP’s people strategy and HR initiatives were consumable, memorable, and innovative. She also held several positions at Software AG in marketing and human resources, including an executive role. She is the founder of the HR Punks initiative, which is a continued movement across the HR community. Ann has a master’s degree in anthropology and an MBA.
