The expert judging panel was particularly impressed by the extraordinary levels of collaboration between the construction team and the scheme\u2019s propensity to inspire future generations of engineers.<\/p><p>\u201cITER is a remarkable project that impressively demonstrates what the construction industry is able to achieve. The team has come together collaborating across international borders working on a massive project scale inspiring this and future generations of engineers and all roles contributing to our built world. The project team has proven that working together knows no bounds \u2013 regardless of segment, trade or project size, amazing goals can be realized\u201c, says Don Jacob, VP Technology and Innovation, Build &amp; Construct Division at the Nemetschek Group.<\/p><p>The ITER project aims to enable scientists to generate clean and renewable energy from nuclear fusion. To build the project, construction professionals from around the globe are overcoming huge language and cultural barriers by using collaborative forms of contract to bridge divides and employing digital tools to communicate, manage and coordinate project data. More than ten million components are being designed, coordinated, and produced across several different continents before being shipped to France and transported to the ITER site on a specially built road network. During the first nine months of 2022, the Group\u2019s revenue increased to \u20ac598.9 million, equivalent to year-over-year growth of 21.3% (adjusted for currency effects: 15.2%).<br> <\/li>\n<li>The <strong>ARR <\/strong>(annual recurring revenue) increased by 29.2% in Q3 (adjusted for currency effects: 21.7%) to \u20ac550.6 million, which was significantly stronger than the total revenue growth. This new indicator is an important measure of the Group\u2019s future potential for revenue and cash flow growth.<br> <\/li>\n<li>Growth drivers were the revenues from <strong>subscription-based and SaaS models<\/strong>, as was the case in previous quarters. They grew by 57.5% (adjusted for currency effects: 47.1%) to a new record of \u20ac54.4 million in Q3, making an outsize contribution to the increase in recurring revenues. Accordingly, the share of recurring revenues, an important strategic indicator that includes subscription\/SaaS as well as revenues from service contracts, grew further in Q3 and accounted for 68% of the Group\u2019s revenues (same quarter previous year: 63%). The strong growth in subscription revenues (constant currency growth: Q3: +50.8%, 9M: +51.5%) is a testament to the success of the segment\u2019s strategy of offering subscriptions and licenses in parallel. The EBITDA margin in Q3 2022 was 31.8% and almost at the previous year\u2019s level (32.2%). During the first nine months of the year, EBITDA margin improved to 33.0% (previous-year period: 32.6%).<br> <\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Build<\/strong> segment has achieved strong growth again: Its revenue increased by 31.4% (adjusted for currency effects: 17.4%) to \u20ac71.0 million in Q3. Customer demand remained high at Bluebeam, which also began its business transition to subscription and cloud products during the third quarter as planned. The Nemetschek Group maintained its double-digit percentage growth in revenue and earnings in the third quarter of 2022. The Group’s revenue increased by 19.8% between July and September, while its EBITDA went up by 15.7%. Recurring revenue was again the main driver of growth and reached a new record level as a result of the strong demand for subscription-based and SaaS models in particular.
